What does the mobile app look like and what functionalities does it offer?

Yokoy offers a mobile app for Android and iOS operating systems that can be downloaded from the Google Play store and Apple App Store, respectively.

Features

Submitters can perform multiple tasks using the mobile app, including but not limited to:

Expenses Create new expenses: receipt as a file or a photo, no receipt, per diems, mileage Edit existing expenses Delete expenses Check the status of submitted expenses: in approval, in review, etc. Check expenses exported for payment	Cards View card details Check card limit and balance Show PIN Activate cards Freeze and unfreeze cards View card transactions View pending transactions Match transactions to expenses
Trips Create new trips Edit existing trips Add expenses to trips Copy trips	Invoices Edit uploaded invoices: add line items, change invoice details Submit invoices Change invoice submitter

Approvers can approve expenses, trips, and invoices from the app.

App version

You are strongly advised to use the latest version of the Yokoy app for the best experience. Backwards compatibility with new Yokoy functionality is not guaranteed.

🚧 Warning
From version 3.45 of the Yokoy app, Yokoy may no longer support previous versions of the app.

If the app version is no longer supported, users will see an in-app notification to update to the latest version.
