With the assistance function, an assistant can create, submit and recall expense reports and trip expense reports for you, as well as manage your transaction matching. Assistant roles can be set up by your company's HR users, or can be designated by you - as long as this is in line with your company policies. Similarly, other users can designate you as their assistant in Yokoy.
You can have, at most, one assistant at a time. However, you can be the assigned assistant for multiple people at the same time.

Mobile app:
To assign yourself an assistant, open the Yokoy app and press the three bars in the top left corner.
Then, select My profile.
Press on the My assistant field to open a drop-down menu. Select the person you'd like to designate as your assistant.
To finalize the assistance settings, press Save.
To remove an assistant, select Clear selection in the My assistant drop-down menu. Press Save to finalize the removal of the assistance assignment.
Web app:
To assign yourself an assistant, click on your initials in the bottom right of your screen and select My profile. This will take you to the settings for your profile in Yokoy.
From the My assistant drop-down menu, select the user you would like to authorize for assisting with your spend. To finalize the assistance settings, click Save.
To remove an assistant, select Clear selection in the My assistant drop-down menu. Click Save to finalize the removal of the assistance assignment.
With an assistant assigned, you'll have help managing your spend in Yokoy!
