The content of this article applies to both our mobile app and our web app.

In Yokoy, there's two tabs that you should regularly check to ensure that all your card transactions are correctly processed. Doing so will allow you to stay on top of your company card expenses, and to avoid any oversights in managing the transaction-expense matching.

In the web app, in the My tasks menu under the Transactions header, or in the Company card / My tasks menu in the mobile app, you'll be able to see any transactions that have not yet been matched. This may be due to no expense report having been submitted for the transaction, or, if you've submitted an expense report but it has still not matched to the transaction, one of several other reasons. You can find an overview of reasons for matching failure, as well as how to fix them, in this article.

In the Submitter / Card transactions menu in the web app, or in the Company card / Completed menu in the mobile app, after specifying the company card, you can see a full transaction history of the card. You can sort this overview by date range, as well as check the statuses of transactions in the Status column, and the location of the matched expense reports in the approval process in the Expense status column.

Using these two menus, you can monitor that all your card transactions have been imported and matched, and that all your company card expenses have been submitted and approved. You can find more information about managing company card transactions in the Submitter Guide.

Now, you can ensure that all your card transactions are fully and correctly handled in Yokoy!
