Simplify your card administration, track global transactions in real time, and keep all expenses under control with Yokoy Platinum Visa cards.

Order cards

You can order new cards for employees, either as a physical that is shipped to your company address or a virtual card, available instantly. You can even set up single-use cards that can only be used once before they expire. If you make a mistake in the order, you can cancel the order, provided the card isn’t active. When you order a new card, you need to get cardholders to activate the card before it can be shipped (for physical cards) or used.

View account funding & statements

Check out the available funds in your card account, view the account information for transferring new funds, set up a notification to let you know when the card account funds are low, and download card statements for reconciliation.

Control spending limits and use by card

Each individual card is set up with its own spending limits that you can adjust at any stage, as required. You can choose to restrict card usage to specific merchant categories and prevent cardholders from withdrawing cash from ATMs with physical cards.

Freeze or terminate cards

You can choose to temporarily freeze cards when employees are inactive or terminate cards permanently when they leave the company. You can also set up a control to automatically freeze a card when employees continually fail to submit the corresponding expense. If a cardholder loses their card or reports it as stolen, you can terminate that card and automatically issue a new one.

Review card history and transactions

You can view all cleared transactions in Corporate cards > Transactions overview, as well as any changes to the card itself in the card view.
