Cards are highly sensitive documents and companies want to ensure that they have a complete overview of all changes in a card. As a card admin, you can view all the changes made to cards in Corporate cards > Account and admin.
When you select a card in Account and admin, you can see a history of actions performed on the card. The history shows up to six events; however, you can display previous events by clicking Load more.
The card history shows these changes in cards:
All merchant categories enabled: Shown when all merchant categories have been enabled.
Enabled merchant categories changed: Shown when one or several merchant categories have been activated or deactivated.
Spend limit changed: Shown when the spend limit for virtual or physical cards has been changed.
Card limit changed: Shown when the limit for single-use cards has been changed. Since single-use cards can only be used once they do not have a spend limit, but a card limit.
Auto-terminate date changed: Shown when the auto-termination date has been changed for single-use cards.
Card frozen (where the cardholder is allowed to unfreeze): Shown when the card admin froze the card and the cardholder is allowed to unfreeze the card.
Card frozen (where the cardholder is blocked from unfreezing): Shown when the card admin froze the card and the cardholder is not allowed to unfreeze the card.
Card auto-frozen: Shown when the card was automatically frozen because the receipts have not been handed in on time.
Card unfrozen: Shown when the card was unfrozen by the card admin or cardholder.
Auto-freeze activated: Shown when the auto-freeze functionality was enabled for the card.
Auto-freeze deactivated: Shown when the auto-freeze functionality was disabled for the card.
ATM cash withdrawal enabled: Shown when the cash withdrawal functionality was enabled for the card (physical cards only).
ATM cash withdrawal disabled: Shown when the cash withdrawal functionality was disabled for the card (physical cards only).
PIN changed: Shown when the PIN was changed by the cardholder.
Card activated: Shown when the card is activated (this can only happen once at the beginning of the card lifecycle).
Card terminated: Shown when the card is terminated.
Depending on the severity of the change, a different color code is used. The history shows the first and last name of the user who made the change (whether that is the cardholder or card administrator) and the date and time in the format the user has defined in their profile.

The history shows events performed after 1 January 2024. Any actions performed on the card before this date are not shown.
