The phone number and security questions you provided during card activation are used to create an additional layer of security during online purchases. If you‘ve recently updated your mobile number or don‘t remember the answers to your security questions, it‘s important to update this security feature as well, so you can continue to use your company card uninterrupted.
Currently, it is only possible to change the phone number or the security questions associated with your Yokoy Platinum Visa card by contacting us via the usual Support channels.
How to contact support via web
You can find the support phone number by going to the Submitter > Card transactions menu. Select your card in the Company card dropdown list, if you have more than one card. You can find the card actions that are displayed on the screen to the right of your card.

How to contact support via mobile app
You can find the number by going to Cards > Card list. Select your card in the Card list tab, if you have more than one card. Below your card, tap More actions.
Click Support to see our support phone number. You can either copy the number or call directly from your mobile phone.
