If you have any difficulties with your Yokoy Platinum Visa card, please reach out to your internal Yokoy contact. This can be a Finance User or a Yokoy Admin. They can contact us to get assistance.
You can always find the support phone number for urgent requests by going to Submitter > Card transactions in the web app or to Cards > Card list in the mobile app. Select the corresponding card. Once you see your card displayed on screen, youโll find the card actions displayed on the right (web app) or by clicking More actions (mobile app).

You can also access support phone numbers and email address in your user profile. Select your initials, select My profile, and in the Documents section, select the GTC's document.
