Create new trips faster with new copy trip function
Say goodbye to manually creating the same trip from scratch! Users can now effortlessly copy an existing trip in seconds without having to fill in and select the same details.
This feature is applicable only for customers who have trips enabled and, while it’s currently only available on the Yokoy web app, the mobile app version is coming soon.
Download tax reports
Submitters and HR in Germany and Austria can download a PDF statement with the reimbursed per diems, mileage and expenses. The report is generated monthly, so HR can generate the report in case the people leave early, and at the end of the year. All available tax reports in Yokoy can be downloaded up to two years ago or since the user was created. Yokoy admins can enable this feature for the legal entity.
