Enable tax reports for employees

Tax reports provide a summary of all reimbursable expenses, grouped by type.

In some countries (Germany and Austria), submitters may be liable for tax on expenses (reimbursed expenses, per diems and mileage).

Yokoy provides monthly and yearly tax reports that submitters and HR roles can download.

The report contains:

  • Company details

  • Employee details

  • Summary of reimbursements by expense type: per diems, mileage, expenses

The report is generated monthly, so HR can use the report in case the people leave early, and at the end of the year. Since this report is primarily used in Germany and Austria, the language of the report is German.

Enable tax reports for employees

Tax reports are enabled at company level for companies based in Germany and Austria. Companies located in other countries do not see this option.

  1. Go to Admin > Company.

  2. In the Compliance > Tax report section, select Show tax reports on user profile and the HR section.

  3. Click Save.
