Access TravelPerk from Yokoy
We‘ve made cross-checking trips in TravelPerk against Yokoy expenses a little easier by allowing you to sign in directly from Yokoy. If you're using TravelPerk with Yokoy, you can now access TravelPerk from the Yokoy web app by clicking the Yokoy icon and selecting the TravelPerk option.
If your organization uses SSO authentication in TravelPerk and you have already signed in, you‘ll be automatically redirected to the TravelPerk Home page when you click the link. Otherwise, you‘ll be sent to the TravelPerk login page where you can enter your email address and password or select Sign in with SSO.
For mobile app users, using the Yokoy and TravelPerk apps together has never been easier with both mobile apps featuring a direct access link that lets you switch between the apps.
Edit trips and add expenses to trips in custom workflows
For organizations with custom workflows, they can now choose to give finance users additional permissions to edit trip details and add new expenses to trips when reviewing trips. To support this functionality, you need to adjust your workflow to support this scenario.
