Follow these steps to implement a Yokoy Platinum Visa card account for your company.

🇨🇭Yokoy Platinum Visa in Switzerland

Yokoy Platinum Visa Card is currently offered in Switzerland under the acceptance and service regulations of the issuer bank HBL.

The account opening process takes on average 12-16 weeks. Please take into account these timelines when requesting a Yokoy Platinum Visa card account.

The process applies to both physical and virtual cards. Card admins use the web app to manage both card types. Cardholders can access their own card using the web and mobile apps.

If you‘re looking to acquire Yokoy Platinum Visa cards, please reach out to your onboarding manager if you are a new Yokoy customer, or to your account manager if you‘re an existing Yokoy customer.

To create a Yokoy Platinum Visa card account and order your cards in Yokoy:

Complete the KYB process

To open a bank account with our issuing bank, HBL, you need to go through the account opening process, Know Your Business (KYB). This process involves providing information on your business and corporate setup and determining a business contact for cards.

To approve your account opening request, additional information may be required. If this is the case, your KYB case officer from HBL will email you and request the missing documents.

If you have been approved by the bank HBL, you‘ll receive a notification from your Yokoy point of contact, confirming the successful card account opening. Once you‘ve been approved, you can order Yokoy Platinum Visa Cards.

Assign card admin in Yokoy

Once you’ve received a confirmation informing you about the successful account opening, you need to give a Yokoy user a card admin role so they can manage your company cards. In most cases, this is one of your Finance users in Yokoy.

To do this, your Yokoy Admin user needs to go to Admin > Finance/HR roles.

To assign card admin rights, click + Add new role in the top right corner to define a role for a new user or select an existing user in the list.

In the popup window, you need to select the Yokoy Platinum Visa card admin checkbox and click Save to activate this role for the user.

The Company Cards section appears in the navigation bar of the selected user’s Yokoy account. They can now start to order cards for your employees and manage card spending.
