Mileage expenses: automatic VAT and mandatory attachments
You can now link a tax rate to any mileage rate. Once linked, Yokoy automatically calculates the tax on every mileage expense using that rate—and adjusts it if the distance or rate changes. You can also require employees to attach a supporting document before they can submit a mileage expense by setting up the mileage rate to include an attachment. What’s more, for more clarity we’ve renamed simple mileage rate types as fixed rate.
