Expense submission just got smoother

We've redesigned the expense submission experience to make it faster and clearer.

  • Easier receipt viewing: The receipt viewer now appears on the right side of the screen, giving you better access to controls like zoom, rotation, and more. We've also reduced the receipt image size to keep things streamlined.

  • Clearer actions: The Submit button is now the primary action, making it obvious when you're ready to send your expense for approval. Save is still available as a secondary option when you need to come back later.

  • Simpler form labels: We've renamed the Description field to Title for clarity. We've also highlighted which fields are optional, so you know exactly what's required.

Improved My tasks page

We've updated the My tasks page to include:

  • Clearer tabs: The restyled tabs now make it easier to see what information you’re viewing at a glance.

  • Streamlined expense creation: You can now create all expense types from a single Create expense button—just choose the type you need from the dropdown list. The Trip expenses and Invoices tabs work the same way, with dedicated buttons to create new trips and invoices.

  • Quick actions in tables: We’ve added action buttons directly in the tables, so you can edit expenses and trips with a single click. You’ll also find pagination controls at the bottom of each table.

Managing your corporate cards is now clearer

We've refreshed the Corporate cards page to help you navigate card management more easily.

  • Easier navigation: We've renamed the Card transactions menu item to Corporate cards to make it clearer where to find your card information. The card selector now displays the card type as well as the name, so you can quickly identify which card you need.

  • Streamlined layout: Pagination now appears only at the bottom of the table, and we've made the option to view details more prominent with a dedicated button. The card visual now shows a Perk-branded card design.

  • Clearer activation: The Activate card step is now more visible, making it easier to see what you need to do when you first receive your card.

  • Simpler card requests: We've updated the card request process to help you choose the right options for your needs.
