Import participants from your Google Calendar
When creating expenses for events, you can now import participants directly from a work calendar. Submitters can now connect their Google account to Yokoy, allowing them to view all calendars and events and import participant email addresses. For example, you may create a calendar event for a team building event, inviting your team to join. When processing the expenses, you can import all attendees in a couple of clicks, automatically linking the expense with them if they have a Yokoy account, or tracking them as an external participant.
