Yokoy Invoice: Smart line item extraction, PO payment terms, and supporting docs for managers – August 2025

At times, line items may be wrongly extracted from invoices. You can now correct and enhance Yokoy’s AI extraction model, selecting corrected line items and using them as an example to re-extract the remaining line items using smart line item extraction. Yokoy AI learns from the changes and applies changes in future extraction.

Payment terms are displayed when you view purchase orders. You can check when a purchase order is due directly from the purchase order view.

If the Yokoy admin has restricted managers and approvers from editing invoices, you can now allow managers and approvers to attach additional information to invoices nonetheless.
