Mark multiple line items as non-PO
For PO invoices, you can now select one or more invoice line items and mark as non-PO directly from the line item table, rather than the line item matcher.
Optimized tax rounding
At times, rounding differences may arise due to differences in tax calculation methods. For example, some suppliers may calculate tax based on the total invoice amount. Since Yokoy calculates tax amounts at line item level, this may result in discrepancies between these amounts.
To ensure tax amounts in invoice line items always match the total tax amount for the invoice, Yokoy admins can now activate an option to optimize tax rounding so that the tax amounts in line items are adjusted to ensure they match the total tax amount.
Display and filter by posting date
Users can now display and filter invoices by posting date. Managers, invoice processors, and finance users can now search for exported invoices using the date on which invoices were posted in the finance system. Users can also display the posting date as an additional column when viewing invoices.
Upload date, Notifications, and Keyword rule filters
Apart from standard filters such as status or currency, submitters and managers can now use upload date, notifications, and keyword rules (if set up) as filters when searching for invoices. For example, filter invoices to display invoices with a specific warning such as missing supplier tax ID.
