Greater control for finance users
Yokoy admins can now give finance user the option to edit additional fields in expenses and mileage expenses, as well as add supporting documents to expenses, mileage expenses, and per diems. This allows finance users to change necessary information such as currency and expense amounts, rather than having to send the expense back to submitters.
Bulk submit expenses
Submitters can now submit several expenses together without having to access each one individually in the web and the mobile app.
In My tasks in the web app, submitters can select multiple expenses by selecting the checkbox beside the expense and click Submit to send them off for review. In the mobile app, tap the expense icon and then tap the submit icon.
Restrict cost objects to specific users
Customers with Professional and Enterprise plans can now choose to restrict cost object visibility, strengthening controls, providing more flexibility, and improving the allocation of expenses to the correct cost object.
In the past, cost objects were visible to all users or only to finance users. Now, cost object visibility can be restricted to a select list of users. This means that companies can restrict what submitters can see, improving controls, and minimizing the risk of submitters selecting the incorrect cost object.
