New tools in the invoice preview
The PDF viewer for invoices has been updated to improve your experience when viewing invoices. You can perform all the usual actions, such as zoom in and out, download, and print the invoice preview, but you can now also access advanced PDF settings such as change the page transition, orientation, and layout, and view thumbnails.
💡 Tip
The invoice viewer lets you highlight any text in the invoice and copy it for use elsewhere.
Improved design of tax rate definition
Some fields on the VAT rate screen have been moved for better usability. For example, you can now find the VAT rate below the description.
Support for one-time suppliers in Yokoy API
One-time suppliers for SAP systems are now supported in the Yokoy API. You can now create an SAP one-time supplier template and view one-time supplier information when retrieving invoice data.
QR-bill information in Yokoy API
You can now retrieve QR bill information associated with invoices in the Yokoy API.
Customer name check
You can automatically check that the customer name on invoices matches your company‘s name as part of the invoice requirements. Yokoy displays a warning message where the invoice doesn‘t contain a customer name or where it doesn‘t match the legal entity name determined in the company settings.
