Keyword detection on invoices

Yokoy lets you set up a list of custom keywords to be detected on invoices. By using this keyword detection list in combination with your workflows, you can highlight potential invoices that you may want to handle using different approval flows.

Supplier search

We‘ve been working to improve the supplier search. You can search for invoices by supplier using name, secondary name, short name or external ID. Search results are sorted by relevance. Managers and finance users can also search for invoices by supplier.

Service periods

Yokoy AI is now able to detect service dates on invoices and automatically completes service dates in the invoice header.

Import multiple tax IDs via CSV

The CSV import file has been updated to support multiple tax IDs for a supplier. You can now include more than one tax ID for a supplier when importing suppliers via CSV using the taxNumbers attribute. Previously you could only add multiple tax numbers via API.

To include more than one tax number, separate each ID by space.
