Spend limits in cards overview
Card admins can now view the spend limits for each card and the available amount in the cards overview table. This allows you to quickly identify if employees are close to reaching the card limit so you can adjust it if needed. The available amount is adjusted in real time when new transactions are made with the card.
Card history
Cards are highly sensitive documents. As a card admin, you want to ensure that you have a complete overview of all changes in a card. Yokoy now displays all changes made to your Yokoy Platinum Visa cards after 1 January 2024.
You can view who made the change and when, as well as details on what changes were made. For example, you can see if a card spend limit was changed, whether a card was frozen or auto-frozen due to late receipts or if the PIN was updated.
