Adding expenses to trips
It‘s now easier for submitters to add expenses to trips, whether it‘s on mobile or in the web app!
Suggesting expenses: When you‘re creating a trip and there are single expenses that fall within the trip‘s date range, Yokoy suggests expenses that may belong to the trip based on the date. You can choose to include them or not.
Bulk add expenses:
Add expenses (within trips): You can now add multiple expenses from within the trip by selecting Add expense > + Add existing expenses.
My tasks: From the My tasks page, you can select multiple expenses and add them to a trip.
Download attachments on mobile
A while back, we introduced the option to download trip attachments in the web app. Now you can perform the same task from the mobile app.
