I have trouble activating my account

An error occurs when clicking on the Yokoy activation link in your email? Don't worry, this is how to solve the issue.

To activate your Yokoy account you usually receive an email, which contains a link that directly leads you to the account activation page of Yokoy.

However, if you click on the activation link and an error occurs similar to the one displayed in the picture, this might be because the activation link has expired.

Please note: The activation link is only valid for 12 hours after receiving it.

To receive a new activation link please reach out to the person in your company who sets up your account or any other person in your company with HR user rights in Yokoy.

Other useful information:

1. Please make sure to use one of the following browsers when using Yokoy as other browsers are not supported:

  • Google Chrome

  • Safari (latest version)

  • Firefox

  • Edge Chromium

The Internet Explorer is not compatible with Yokoy.

2. Once you successfully activated your account, please make sure to go to app.yokoy.ai for all further logins.
