How do I activate my Yokoy account?

Activating your Yokoy account is very simple and only takes you a few seconds.


To start activating your account click on the activation link in the email you received from us. Now, you have two options to activate your account.

Note:

Your activation link is only valid for 12 hours after you received the email. You can only use it once.

For best functionality please make sure to use one of the following web browsers when working with your Yokoy app:

  • Google Chrome

  • Firefox

  • Edge Chromium

  • Current version of Safari

Option 1: Activation via password entering

  1. On the sign-in page, choose a password that matches the security requirements stated in the window

  2. Click on Set password and you're ready to enjoy the benefits of Yokoy!

Option 2: Activation via single sign-up

  1. On the sign-in page, choose the single sign-in method that is supported by your company. Since you are logged in with your company credentials, you don't need to choose a separate password for your Yokoy account.

  2. Now, you are automatically directed to your Yokoy starting page and you're ready to enjoy the benefits of your new expense management tool!
