Introducing the new Finance Review table
In August, after extensive interviews with finance users, you can now access a new finance review table, which is located below the current review table. The new table is packed with many new features that help you find, sort and review open expenses, invoices and trips more easily.
The new finance review will be available by default on 1 October 2023, sunsetting the old finance review table, so do start using the new table.
You can easily:
Select your legal entity via the dropdown list and toggle between open expenses, invoices and trips in the top left corner.
Use the search box to search by keywords like employee name, business purpose, country, category, cost object or tags.
Use multiple filters to find the right open expense or invoice
Add custom filters.
Sort by date in the table.
Hover over alert icons to see more alert details without opening the document.
