Yokoy Invoice: Mobile invoice submission, invoice analytics, and keyboard navigation - June 2023

You can now code and submit invoices on the go using the Yokoy mobile app. This lets you speed up invoice processing times in situations where Finance users receive an invoice, but is missing some information before submission. They can then forward the invoice to submitters via desktop. Submitters can then code and submit the invoice from anywhere.

Simply, open the Yokoy app and go to the Invoice tab and select an invoice to code.

You can edit specific line items or add a line item, or even add comments.

You can now create CSV reports that contain several new data points including category ERP codes of the invoice line items, net amount of the invoice, tax amounts, warnings, errors, workflow timestamps, submission date, approval date, review date, export date and invoice header-level custom fields.

You can now move from one line item to another with keyboard arrows, enabling you to code invoices more quickly and accurately.
