View your invoice PDF in a separate tab
You can now view the invoice PDF in a separate browser tab. The PDF refreshes dynamically when you select different invoices.
Approvers to see approved invoice on mobile
You can now go straight to the invoices you want to check in the mobile app by filtering the invoices to approve. We‘ve added two new filters in the approvals tab that lets you see invoices by approval status:
In approval: Invoice needs approval
Approved: Invoice has already been approved
You can also view the status of your approved invoices:
In approval: Invoices that require more approval levels.
In review: Invoices that need to be checked by Finance.
Ready to export: Invoice has been reviewed and sent for payment.
Note: you can‘t filter by the invoice status, only view the status.
Finance review redesign and filters for suppliers
Previously, the Finance review page only contained expense filters that didn‘t work for invoices. Now in the Invoice tab, you can filter invoices by companies (legal entity and suppliers for faster processing.
