Pre-coding cost objects and categories with smart coding
Invoice cost objects and categories can be pre-coded with Yokoy’s AI model, minimizing time spent on manual data entry. The AI model proposes invoice coding based on the supplier and user data. And since it learns continuously, it gets smarter – and even more accurate – over time.
Dedicated menu for invoice settings
We now have a dedicated settings menu for invoices and Purchase order (PO) matching, where admins can configure Yokoy Invoice to their requirements. We’ve also made some small user experience (UX) improvements with clearer field labels for better navigation.
As an admin, you can enable this menu by going to Admin > Finance/HR roles. Select your User, then select Invoices under the Setup dropdown list, and Save.
Item price extraction
Users can now extract invoice item prices from line items. The Item price column is optional and can be enabled by clicking the Column selection (three dot) icon at the top right corner of this table.
Notify submitters when added as invoice reviewer
When added as an invoice reviewer, submitters receive a detailed email notification, including a note from the colleague who added them. They can head directly from this email into the invoice to start coding it.
With these updates to Yokoy Invoice, Yokoy’s AI leads the way with smart coding for pre-coding both cost objects and categories as well as extracting price items for better invoice oversight. Finally, with improved invoice settings and a better reviewer notification flow, users now have a more organized and user-friendly space for managing their invoices.
