After exporting, transactions will no longer be visible in the Finance &gt; Card transactions menu. They can however still be retrieved in Finance &gt; Export log, by downloading the export file for their export.

Alternatively, you can find exported transactions in the Finance &gt; Search &gt; Transactions menu by selecting Exported in the Status drop-down menu.

The Submitter of company card expenses can also still view archived transactions in the Submitter &gt; Card transactions menu.

Are transactions deleted after export?
