If a receipt covers multiple transactions, they can easily be combined to one transaction. For example, a hotel booking that was paid partially up-front and the remainder during checkout, but only one receipt for the entire booking is available.
To combine transactions, in the Finance > Card transactions > Transactions menu, choose the transactions you want to combine by ticking the checkbox next to the transactions. Click on Combine to combine the transactions into one transaction.
💡 Tip
To reverse this action, split the combined transactions from each other.
Further, you can use the Expense Matcher to match multiple transactions with one expense.
