You need to grant Yokoy access to your Google work calendar in your profile to import participants into your expenses.
You are redirected to Google to provide your credentials and give permission to Yokoy to retrieve your calendars. Authentication is performed entirely on Google’s platform; Yokoy doesn’t have access to any credentials.
Once you grant Yokoy access to Google Calendar, Yokoy is able to view:
all calendars: your own calendar and any public or privately shared calendars associated with your account
events: all events from the selected calendar
event information: summary (title), start and end time, location, attendees - display name, email address, invitation status (accepted or declined)
🚧 Caution
You can only connect one Google account at a time. If you have multiple Google accounts, it is recommended you connect the calendars to one account and use that account for importing participants.
To connect Google Calendar:
Click your user initials in the bottom left corner to access the profile.
In Calendar integration, click Connect calendar.
Choose Google Calendar and click Connect.
The window is redirected to Google where you are asked to select your Google account or provide your login credentials for Google.
Next, you need to click Continue to allow Yokoy to access info about and your Google account.
Finally, select See and download any calendar you can access using your Google Calendar checkbox on the right and then press Continue to accept the privacy policy and terms for connection.
Once the connection is established, the connected account is displayed in the profile. You can remove the connection at any time by clicking Disconnect.
