To provide your organizational chart, check that:
The structure has been certified and dated within the last 3 months.
The structure contains the names and percentage ownership of all shareholders/beneficial owners.
The structure drills down to a natural person or government entity.
The certification must be performed by a chartered accountant, solicitor, notary or board member.
It must include details for the person who certified the copy of the structure:
Date of certification (within 3 months)
Name and position of the certifier (including evidence of their chartered/supervised status if necessary)
Written declaration that the document is "a certified true copy of the original"
You may use a company/business stamp to note the date and details of the certifier.
