To verify your identity, you need to provide a valid proof of address. Here are some guidelines to help you capture an in-date and acceptable copy of your identity document.

To provide a copy of your proof of address, check that:

  • All four corners of the document are visible.

  • The document has been issued in the last three months.

  • All details are fully legible

  • The document is addressed to you with your full name.

  • You must scan or take a photograph of the document. Digital files are not accepted. Mobile phone bills cannot be accepted as proof of address.

All address documents must be dated within the last three (3) months and meet the required guidelines.
