Archived transactions
Previously, finance users could delete card transactions, causing frustration with missing transactions and extra work to recover mistakenly deleted ones.
To solve this problem, users can now archive transactions in Yokoy instead of deleting them. This means that transactions still remain in Yokoy for audit and traceability purposes, but are not displayed to submitters, managers, and card or travel admins.
For third-party card programs, finance users can archive or unarchive transactions so they are not displayed for matching against expenses and are not exported to third-party systems. Finance and audit users can also view archived transactions in the Search page by selecting the Archive status.
