Why am I asked to log in again?

If your session is idle, Yokoy automatically logs you out to protect sensitive information.

Since you work with sensitive financial information, it is important to prevent any unauthorized access. For this reason, you are automatically logged out of Yokoy if your browser windows are inactive for a specific period of time.

If this happens, you need to log into Yokoy again using your access credentials.

If you leave Yokoy open in a tab, you may see a warning message before you are logged out. If you want to continue using Yokoy, click Refresh session. Otherwise, you can ignore the message as Yokoy will automatically log you out.
