When using the Yokoy web app you may come across several issues, such as
Updates cannot be saved
Actions are processed very slowly by the system
The page doesn't load
The page is displayed incorrectly
If such issues occur, you have several options to solve them.
Option 1: Hard refresh your page
An effective way to solve general processing issues is to do a hard refresh of your page. You have two options to do a hard refresh of the Yokoy web app.
Click on the Yokoy icon in the top left corner of your web app
Use a specific keyboard combination (varies among devices and browsers):
Windows
Google Chrome:
Ctrl + F5
Ctrl + Reload button (next to the URL bar on your screen)
Firefox:
Ctrl + F5
Ctrl + Shift + R
Mac
Google Chrome:
Command + Shift + R
Shift + Reload button (next to the URL bar on your screen)
Firefox:
Command + Shift + R
Shift + Reload button (next to the URL bar on your screen)
Safari:
Option + Command + R
Alt + Command + R
Shift + Reload button (next to the URL bar on your screen)
Option 2: Sign out
Another option to eliminate the processing issues is to sign out of your Yokoy account and sign back in again.
Option 3: Close all windows
Alternatively, you can try closing all windows in your browser and then reopen your Yokoy web app.
Option 4: Clear cache
A last option is to clear your cache. Cache and cookies are information constantly saved by your browser while you‘re browsing. Clearing this information provides an effective solution to fix the previously described problems.

Not all browsers support the Yokoy website. Please make sure to use one of the following browsers:
Google Chrome
Firefox
Edge Chromium
Safari (latest version)
Other browsers such as the Internet Explorer do not support the Yokoy website.
