Within the Corporate Cards menu, there are two tabs which offer you insights about your company's spend and about your company's corporate card usage.
In the Corporate Cards / Accounts and admin menu, you can find information about your UBS Card Account, and the cards linked to it.
After selecting your entity in the Company drop-down menu, as well as specifying the Bank account and Cost center, you'll see the following information:
Limit: The credit limit tells you what credit limit has been made available to your company by UBS.
Currently available: The currently available amount is the sum of the limit and the current balance.
Current balance: The current balance is the amount currently in your company's UBS card account. Depending on the type of the linked cards (credit, debit or prepaid), the use of this account will vary.
UBS Account Statements: By clicking See statements, you'll be able to download your company's UBS card statements of the last 24 months directly from Yokoy, either individually or in bulk. This enables you to perform reconciliation more easily. For a guide to UBS card reconciliation in Yokoy, please contact the Yokoy Support Team via the known email address or reach out to your internal Yokoy contact (this can be a Finance User or a Yokoy Admin).
Below the general account information is an overview of all company cards linked to the specified bank account. By clicking on a card, further information can be accessed, such as the balance and limit of this specific card, the card owner, and the card's expiration date.
In the Corporate Cards / Transaction overview menu, you can see all transactions made with your company's UBS cards.
Now you can easily keep an overview of your company's UBS Cards!
