Following the setup of your corporate UBS card in Yokoy, you can perform several card actions in Yokoy. These will be visible to you when navigating to the Submitter / Card transactions menu and selecting your card in the Credit card drop-down menu.
Directly below the card, you will see the available amount on your card, as well as your spending limit. The card features are to the right of the card. Currently, you can perform the following actions:
Block Card: Your card will be permanently blocked and replaced
Replace Card: By ordering a replacement your card becomes inactive once a new one has arrived
Order PIN: Receive your PIN by mail in case you forgot it
For improved security, all actions require confirmation on your mobile device. When you start an action in Yokoy, such as Block Card, you will be required to confirm the action on your mobile device. Once you confirm, you’ll see a message in Yokoy letting you know the action was successful.
To view the transaction history of your UBS card, scroll down in the tab. You'll find an overview of all card transactions and their statuses, filterable by date range.
