Mobile in-app notifications for declined transactions
When making a card payment, the transaction may be declined due several factors, including insufficient funds, an error at the pay terminal, or by entering an invalid PIN.
In the mobile app, we have merged the My tasks and Pending tables into one table at Cards > Transactions, where you can now view any declined transactions.

It’s also now possible to receive mobile push notifications to your mobile device to alert you when a transaction is declined, what the reason was, and what next steps you can take.
To enable these mobile push notifications on your iPhone, go to Settings and tap on Notifications. Next, select the Yokoy app under Notification style and turn on Allow notifications.
On most Android devices, you can go to Settings and tap on Notifications. Next, select App notifications, then select the Yokoy app, and tap to turn on notifications.
