Mobile push notifications for Yokoy Platinum Visa card pending transactions

Yokoy Platinum Visa cardholders are prompted to turn on mobile push notifications, so they’re instantly notified and receive a reminder to upload their receipt after making a card purchase. This gives cardholders more transparency over their transactions and added security in case of fraud. Since these nudges are fully automated, finance teams save time and resources not chasing up receipts.

Yokoy Platinum Visa cardholders receive the mobile push notification prompt when they update their app. If they decline to turn on notifications, they are asked again later.

Yokoy Platinum Visa card admins can now download account statements from the past 24 months. Statements show incoming and outgoing payments, along with every transaction associated with each payment. To do this, go to Corporate cards > Account and Admin and select Download statements from the Actions dropdown menu.

Smarter travel expense assignment with TravelPerk

It might sometimes be necessary to book a trip for a person outside your legal entity, whether they’re a job applicant or simply an employee from a different legal entity. Yokoy’s import strategy for expense assignment has been refined to better handle this specific use case.

You can now choose whether you want Yokoy to first assign the travel expense to the person booking the trip or the traveler. If you choose to assign the expenses to the person booking the trip and that user cannot be found, Yokoy assigns the travel expenses to the traveler if they are part of a legal entity. Alternatively, you can choose to assign travel expenses to the traveler. If that user can't be found, Yokoy assigns the expenses to the person who booked the trip if they are part of the legal entity.
