Email notifications for Yokoy Platinum Visa card changes
Yokoy Platinum Visa cardholders are now better informed when changes are made to the card, whether the changes were made by themselves or by the card admin.
Cardholders receive an email to alert them to any card PIN changes they make, or when they freeze or terminate their card. They are also notified when any changes are made by the card admin to the card limit, merchant categories, auto-termination date, ATM withdrawals, or card status (like when the card is frozen or terminated).
Report lost or stolen Yokoy Platinum Visa cards
Cardholders and card admins can now report cards as lost or stolen directly from the Yokoy web or mobile apps.
Stolen cards are blocked immediately to prevent any further usage. When a stolen card is blocked, a new card with a different card number is issued and made available via the Yokoy app. Additionally, if the reissued card is a physical card, it will be shipped to the cardholder’s delivery address.
When a card is reported as lost or stolen, Yokoy automatically notifies either the card admin or the cardholder by email.
Cardholders can report lost or stolen cards as follows:
In the web app, go to Submitter > Card transactions > Select card > Report lost or stolen card.
In the mobile app, go to Cards and select the card you want to report from the Card list. Next, go to More actions and select Report lost or stolen card from the list.
To report a card lost or stolen on the web app as a card admin, go to Corporate cards > Account and admin, where you can select the card you want to report. Next, go to More actions and select Report lost or stolen card from the list.

Yokoy Platinum Visa card (Austria, Germany, the Netherlands)
When you open the Yokoy app, you are prompted to add your Yokoy card(s) either to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Alternatively, you can go to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet apps on your device and follow the instruction to add your card.
Yokoy Business Mastercard (Switzerland)
Go to Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or Samsung Wallet and follow the directions to add your Yokoy card.
