As an assistant, you can manage receipts directly from your mobile devices. Collaborate with your colleagues faster and more efficiently, as you can upload receipts directly via the mobile app.
As an assistant, you can easily upload receipts via the mobile app by clicking the plus (+) icon and selecting Add receipt as assistant.
If you act as an assistant for more than one person, you see a searchable list with the names of all of your colleagues, sorted by last name. Otherwise, it shows you three options: camera, gallery, or document.
Uploading receipts in the mobile app
Select the person for whom you want to upload a document.
Choose either camera to capture a receipt, gallery to select a photo, or document to upload a file.
Upload the document or photo.
A confirmation or error message is displayed, allowing you to upload another receipt or close the form.
🚧 Caution
As an assistant, you can upload receipts in the mobile app, but you can‘t edit these receipts. You can only edit and submit receipts as an assistant in the web app.
