Yokoy lets you reduce the number of line items in an invoice. For invoices with multiple line items, you can reduce complexity if not required by merging all or some of them into a single line item. Yokoy can collapse line items per tax code to remove unnecessary line item detail.
You can configure this for the legal entity, for just some suppliers, or for specific invoices.
🚧 Caution - Simplified line items with invoice matching
If you plan to use automatic PO matching for invoices, you cannot enable simplified line items, as Yokoy is unable to match the invoice line item against the PO line items (unless there is a 1-to-1 relationship).
Enable line item simplification by legal entity
To use simplified line items for invoices for a specific legal entity, go to Admin > Invoices. Select the company.
In the section, Invoice line items, select the Use simplified line items checkbox and click Save. This way, every invoice that you receive in the legal entity has a collapsed line item.

If you want to display line items for all suppliers and invoices, but there is a specific invoice with multiple line items that you’d like to be automatically computed, you can collapse these line items on the invoice.
To simplify the line items, select all or some of the line items of the invoice and then click Aggregate line items. A pop-up appear asking to confirm your changes.
🚧 Caution
Make sure you really want to simplify the line items of an invoice. This operation cannot be reversed.
