If you have set up the TravelPerk integration for Yokoy, you can access either platform seamlessly. In other words, if you have logged into Yokoy, you can access TravelPerk by clicking on the Yokoy icon in the top right corner and selecting the TravelPerk option. Similarly, if you are logged into TravelPerk, you can connect to your Yokoy account.
Depending on your organization’s setup, the following may occur:
From Yokoy to TravelPerk
SSO authentication in TravelPerk: automatically authenticated and redirected to the Home page.
Email/password authentication in TravelPerk: redirected to the TravelPerk login page where you can enter your credentials.
From TravelPerk to Yokoy:
Email/password authentication in Yokoy: redirected to the Yokoy login page where you can enter your credentials.
SSO authentication in Yokoy: automatically authenticated and redirected to the My Tasks page. If your organization has more than one SSO authentication method set up, you are redirected to the SSO login page.
🚧 Caution
Email domain used for authentication must be identical in both platforms.
If the user does not exist on either platform (i.e. directed from TravelPerk to Yokoy, but does not exist as a user in Yokoy), they are redirected to the main login page for the platform.
