Deleting a workflow

Remove unpublished workflows so they can‘t be used for processing invoices and expenses.

If you accidentally created a workflow that you no longer need, you can easily delete it by clicking the trash icon in the table overview or by clicking Delete in the canvas.

Click Delete in the Workflow Designer canvas.

🚧 Caution

You can only delete draft workflows. You can’t delete published workflows as the workflow may be active in a legal entity.
