Why can’t I see the Workflow Designer?

Before you can see the Workflow Designer in Admin > Workflow Designer, you need to have been granted access to the Workflow Designer by your Yokoy admin.

Granting access to the Workflow Designer

You assign permissions to view the Workflow Designer as you would any of the other admin options. In other words, you need to go to Admin > Finance/HR roles.

Select the company in which you want to grant the user access and then click on the user you want to access:

In the Setup field, select Workflow Designer and press Activate:
