About getting technical support

As a finance user or a Yokoy admin, you can contact the Yokoy Customer Care team through our Yokoy Support Center, accessible both from within the web app and via our Help Center.

Submit, overview, and track tickets directly through our Yokoy Support Center to ensure a faster and more accurate support, keeping you up to date on your interactions with our team.

💡 Tip

If you encounter issues with Yokoy, you should first check our status page for any incidents in the service: https://yokoy.statuspage.io/.

Contacting Yokoy Customer Care via Yokoy Support Center

1. Within the web app or via our Help Center, click the question mark icon (?) in the bottom right corner of the screen to access the Yokoy Support Center.

✏️ Note

You need to be logged into your Yokoy account in the web app (https://app.yokoy.ai/) to create and manage your technical support tickets via the Yokoy Help Center.

2. Go to Home > Contact support.

3. Select Technical support.

4. Type your query, describing what you need help with, and click the send icon or press Enter.

5. Our Yokoy Support Assistant will try to solve your query automatically with AI-driven answers based on the Yokoy Help Center. At this point, you‘ll have 3 options available to continue your support query:

  • Write a reply: Respond to the Yokoy Support Assistant by providing additional information or entering a new query.

  • That helped 👍: Choose this option if your query has been answered.

  • Get more help 🌐: Select this option if your query can‘t be resolved in this way, to ask for additional help.

6. If you have selected Get more help 🌐, you‘ll be asked a few follow-up questions to provide our Customer Care team with all the details needed to help address your query as soon as possible.

✏️ Note

Only finance users or Yokoy admins can create care tickets in the Yokoy Support Center. If a user without one of these roles, chooses Get more help 🌐, they‘ll be informed that they need to contact their internal Yokoy contact, which must have either a finance role or an admin role.

7. You‘ll be asked to submit a ticket to our Customer Care team. You need to choose Create ticket to continue.

8. Fill in the relevant ticket information. When you are finished, click Create ticket.

💡 Tip

The more details you provide when creating the ticket, the more accurate the support team‘s first response.
Make sure to provide all the relevant IDs and screenshots.

Once your ticket has been created, your support query is waiting to be picked up by one of our Customer Care Specialists. You can provide additional information in the conversation or reply to the email thread.

Contacting Yokoy Customer Care via email or phone

As a Finance user or Admin, you can create technical support tickets via email or contact the Yokoy Customer Care team via phone.

✏️ Note

The Customer Care email and phone number is restricted to Finance and Admin users. Make sure to log into your Yokoy account in the web app.

  • Provide all essential information directly, guaranteeing a speedier response.

  • Track the status of your support tickets in real time.
