Set a default office address as starting point for business trips

If you start your business trips from the same business location, save time when submitting your expenses by setting a default address.

Setting your current office address in Yokoy saves you time for future trips, as it can be used as the default starting point for trip expenses and mileage claims depending on your company’s settings.

Web app

To set your office address, click your initials in the bottom right of your screen and select My profile. This takes you to the settings for your profile in Yokoy.

In the Office address field, begin typing your office address. As you're typing, suggestions begin to auto-generate. Once your office address comes up, click it to complete the address.

To finalize, click Save.

Mobile app

To set your office address, open the Yokoy app and tap the three bars in the top left corner.

Then select My profile.

Tap the Office address field and begin typing your office address. As you're typing, suggestions begin to auto-generate. Once your office address comes up, tap it to select the address.

To finalize, tap Save.

The selected address is now set as a starting point for all your future business trips.

If the required office address does not appear in the dropdown list, reach out to your Yokoy admin.

Yokoy admins can add several office locations for your company so that they appear in the dropdown list.

✏️ Note

Only employees with admin rights (Admin > Company settings) can set the default office locations for the company.
