Why can't I view my workflow in the Workflow Designer?

Only workflows created with the Workflow Designer can be viewed.

The All workflows tab displays all workflows for your organization in published and draft status. You may see some workflows that have been created and published previously. For example, workflows published before January 2024. These legacy workflows cannot be used with the Workflow Designer.

To view and use these workflows in the Workflow Designer, you must recreate them in the designer using one of the templates depending on the type of workflow.
