You can provision user data into Yokoy using SCIM. To set up user provisioning with SCIM, you need a SCIM token that will be used by your Active Directory system (e.g. Okta, Azure Active Directory).
You can generate the token in Yokoy yourself if you are a Developer user. If you are not a Developer user, you need to ask your Yokoy admin for permissions to perform this task.
There can only be one SCIM token per organization.
π§ Caution
Users with a Developer role are organization-scoped. This means that once they hold API credentials, they have permissions to modify master data for different legal entities.
Generating a new token
To generate a SCIM token:
Go to Admin > Developer (at the bottom of the Admin menu). To create a new token, click Generate credentials.
Choose SCIM token and click Generate credentials.
Copy the SCIM token. The token is non-recoverable so make sure to store it safely (i.e. in a protected file).
The SCIM token expires after 1 year. The Developers page displays all SCIM tokens that have been generated or revoked, including the user who requested the token, the date on which it was requested, and when the token expires.
Revoking access
To revoke the access provided by the SCIM token:
In the Developers page, click the action Revoke access.
Click Revoke access to confirm and remove the token.
π§ Caution
If you revoke access, any other applications or scripts using these credentials will no longer be able to access Yokoy.
As a result, the token now appears in the Developer page with the status Revoked and the name of the user who revoked it and the revoke date.
