Copy trips in Yokoy

You can use an existing trip as a template to draft and create another trip.

To enable the feature, select the Enable trip copying checkbox in Admin > Company > Enable trips.

🚧 Caution
Users can only copy trips that are associated with their own company. For example, an assistant creates a trip on behalf of an employee who belongs Company A. The employee is then is moved to Company B. If the assistant tries to copy the trip that they created for the employee when they belonged to Company A, an error message appears.

Once enabled, you need to activate the option in the web app in the Trip expenses table by clicking the columns icon (…) and selecting the Action checkbox. The option is immediately available in the mobile app. Mobile users can copy a trip by swiping left.
